The following prices are based on occupancy of up to 4 people. Please add $20 per person per night when more than 4 people are staying (up to a maximum of 8 people) - All prices in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) :

Should you wish to book the house for longer stays ( > 20 nights) please contact the property manager for special rates.

If you wish to make use of our internet connection (assuming you have a laptop or other device with wireless capability), a modest fee of $25 per week (partial weeks get rounded up to a full week) will apply. Please indicate this in your booking request and we will send you the wireless key for use.

• Minimum of 3 nights stay.
• Payment via Internet or direct credit transfer preferred. When making an electronic payment please ensure that your surname is included in the transaction particulars field.
• Cheques are accepted only if funds can be cleared in advance of occupancy
• Credit card payments are also accepted (we will send you a payment request via PayPal). Note that an extra $30 booking fee applies in these circumstances.
