At benvenuti, we have made it easy for you to prepare for your holiday! All you need to bring are your clothes, some food and your beach towel. Linen, towels and face cloths are available for your use. The house also contains all the necessary extras that are required when you stay away from home, from pantry essentials to washing powder to tea towels.

In the spacious master bedroom you can enjoy a tranquil outlook from a private balcony, the convenience of a modern ensuite, and the sheer comfort and luxury of a high quality king-sized bed. The walk-in wardrobe enables you to store away your clothing and suitcases with plenty of room to spare.

A second bedroom has a queen sized bed and spacious double wardrobe, while the large third bedroom has two sets of bunks (sleeps up to 4), that are sturdy and comfortable enough for adults. For the babies, a foldaway cot is available, as well as a highchair.

We want you to relax and enjoy yourself even when you aren’t at the beach, so we have also provided the in-house entertainment. You can browse through magazines, immerse yourself in a novel from the bookcase, make use of several board games or use the plasma TV and DVD player. There are even some toys for the little ones!

The kitchen contains a modern oven and gas cook-top along with a microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A BBQ is conveniently located on the deck adjacent to the kitchen. The house also has a fully-equipped laundry, with washing machine, clothes dryer and clothes line.

benvenuti is not just about summer beach holidays either. Under-floor heating is available during winter months. For extra warmth there is a log fire. The Nelson Bays region enjoys many beautiful crisp clear days in winter – which helps make benvenuti ideal for a winter retreat.
