Making a deposit to confirm the booking:
To confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% is normally required.

Refund policy:

If you cancel your booking and a deposit (or complete payment) has been paid, then the amount of refund will be dependent on the length of advance notice given and whether or not the booking is during high season. The following table shows the refunds applied:

Cancellation notice given High season (Dec 1 - Feb 29) All other times
at least 3 full months Complete refund less $50 handling fee Complete refund less $50 handling fee
1 to 3 months 50% refund of any monies paid 70% refund of any monies paid
less than one full month no refund (subject to note 1 below) 20% refund of total booking price (but no refund of deposit - subject to note 1 below)

Notes:

  1. If the property manager is able to secure another booking during the same period, then a greater refund may be granted – however this is completely at the discretion of the property manager
  2. Failure to pay the balance of the cost at least 1 month prior to the start of your stay could result in the booking automatically being cancelled – in which case the above refund policy would apply.
